Retningslinjer for frakt
All general delivery times provided on Wellnessdreams.biz are considered indicative. When delivery time is specified in number of days, weekdays are meant, and the carrier's time is always in addition. The seller reserves the right to change the specified general delivery time without further notice. We prioritize delivering your goods as quickly as possible. Our goal is to deliver all orders within 30 business days from the confirmation of the order. However, we would like to note that delivery times may vary depending on several factors, including product availability and the destination of the delivery.
If there have been significant typographical or printing errors from Wellnessdreams.biz in advertisements or similar and/or in general presentations in the online store that are greater than 10% of the normal retail price, Wellness Dreams can unilaterally delete or reject orders. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.
If the delivery of the products is delayed, Wellness Dreams will inform you as soon as we are aware of it, along with information about when the delivery can take place or if the product(s) is out of stock.
Delivery of the products will take place in the manner, at the place, and at or within the time specified (see sections 1 and 2 above). Wellness Dreams is responsible for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e., when you have received the products. Any price changes that occur after the time of ordering will not have retroactive effect.
The item is damaged during transport
Make a note of the damage on the driver's handheld terminal/freight bill. Then immediately contact us at info@wellnessdreams.biz. Keep the product and packaging.
